1. Appointments & Cancellations

  • Booking: Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person. A valid credit card may be required to secure your slot.
  • Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a 50% fee.
  • Late Arrivals: Sessions may be shortened to avoid delays for other clients. Full payment applies.

2. Payments & Refunds

  • Payment Methods: We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments (e.g., Venmo, PayPal).
  • Gift Certificates: Non-refundable, valid for [X] months from purchase date.
  • Refunds: Services are non-refundable, but exceptions may apply for documented medical reasons.

3. Health & Safety

  • Medical Conditions: Clients must disclose injuries, allergies, or medical conditions (e.g., pregnancy, hypertension) before treatment.
  • Right to Refuse Service: We reserve the right to deny service for safety concerns, intoxication, or inappropriate behavior.
  • COVID-19: If you’re feeling unwell, please reschedule. Mask policies may apply per local guidelines.

4. Liability Waiver

  • Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical care. Clients assume all risks associated with treatment.
  • Informed Consent: By receiving a massage, you confirm understanding of potential benefits/risks.

5. Privacy Policy

  • Personal information (e.g., health forms) is kept confidential and used only for treatment purposes.
  • We do not share data with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

6. Miscellaneous

  • Minors: Clients under 18 need parental consent.
  • Gratuities: Optional but appreciated for exceptional service.
  • Changes to Terms: We may update these terms; changes will be posted on our website.
