1. Appointments & Cancellations
Booking:
Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person. A valid credit card may be required to secure your slot.
Cancellation Policy:
We require
at least 24 hours’ notice
for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a
50% fee
.
Late Arrivals:
Sessions may be shortened to avoid delays for other clients. Full payment applies.
2. Payments & Refunds
Payment Methods:
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments (e.g., Venmo, PayPal).
Gift Certificates:
Non-refundable, valid for [X] months from purchase date.
Refunds:
Services are non-refundable, but exceptions may apply for documented medical reasons.

Gratuities:
